All of you who volunteer will receive a Volunteer T-shirt, refreshments and a certificate acknowledging your valuable contribution. The volunteering programme will see you rub shoulders with fellow volunteers across age groups and different walks of life. It’ll teach you invaluable lessons in leadership, camaraderie, team spirit and project management while working with large diverse groups towards successfully completing an initiative such as a large-scale sporting event.

Yes. That will be our endeavour so that duties are compartmentalized in the interest of smooth workflow and seamless coordination. We are thankful to each one of you and will make sure as far as possible to see that every single volunteer is assigned a specific activity.

What you will necessarily need to bring along is your whole-hearted willingness to carry out each task that is given to you to the best of your ability and without complaining. Rest assured, you will have no need to complain. That said, Team Leaders and Volunteer Coordinators will be identified based on their previous experiences of volunteering and will be called for a debriefing session.

Yes. Volunteer Meetings will be held a day prior to respective volunteering slots which will touch upon details of the next day’s schedule and tasks.

Depending on the volunteering slot that you’ve selected, a detailed schedule will be emailed to you in the coming days. This shall include all relevant information such as your role, your reporting date along with time and place.

Yes, every volunteer will be provided food and refreshments during their respective volunteering slots.

No. As mentioned above, IRONMAN will arrange only for food and refreshments for volunteers during their respective volunteering slots. All volunteers have to arrange for their own travel and accommodation.
