HyderabadYoska I always thought was meant for Elite Triathletes. When I heard of the Indian Plank Challenge, I signed up for it primarily because it was an initiative to support the fight of COVID-19. As I began getting the schedules and watched the videos, they seemed simple workouts and non-taxing to the body. On the 7th day came a pleasant surprise when I could hold the plank for a solid 3:01 minutes, which was at least a minute over my best from a fitter time. The IPC is certainly helping me overcome a weak lower back that constantly nags with discomfort and pain. I am awaiting more of these pleasant surprises.

ChennaiIndian plank challenge is helping me in being productive and fit during this tough situation. The workouts are strengthening my core. I have been following and checking daily updates in Yoska web app which has clear information and proper guidelines. The combination of workouts and stretches is really effective.
